You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to join. Students and professionals must provide accurate information during registration. Companies must verify their business credentials before posting jobs.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to access freelancing opportunities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.

3. Freelancer Responsibilities

Provide accurate skills, qualifications, and work experience. Complete projects within agreed deadlines. Maintain professionalism in all communications with clients. Avoid sharing personal contact details before securing a contract via skillvibee.com.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide clear project requirements and fair payment terms. Pay freelancers as per the agreed contract. Report any disputes through skillvibee.com’s resolution system.

5. Payments & Fees

Freelancers receive payments via approved methods (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.). skillvibee.com may charge a service fee (e.g., 10-20% per transaction). Late or non-payment by clients must be reported within 7 days.

6. Intellectual Property

Freelancers retain ownership of their work until full payment is received. Clients may not reuse unpaid work without permission.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disagreements should first be resolved between freelancer and client. If unresolved, skillvibee.com may mediate (decisions are final).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts violating these Terms. Freelancers/Clients may deactivate accounts at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

skillvibee.com is not liable for any financial losses, data breaches, or job disputes. We do not guarantee freelance income or job availability.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; users will be notified via email or website notice.
